Refund policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Science Store, a unit of Pathfinder Skills India Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), specializes in educational and laboratory equipment. Due to the technical and sensitive nature of our products, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Custom-made, bulk, or institutional orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

2. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear product images

  • Invoice copy

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories/manuals intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following are non-returnable:

  • Chemicals & reagents

  • Glassware once opened

  • Microscopes or calibrated instruments once used

  • Electrical lab equipment after installation

  • Custom school/college bulk kits

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless error from our side).

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damage or defect, we may:

  • Provide replacement

  • Provide spare part

  • Offer repair assistance

  • Issue refund (if replacement unavailable)
